Five business days after my visit I deliver a complete Strategic Business Plan. This plan will give you a clear and concise evaluation of your company as well as a tactical roadmap of what you should do to improve your business. This plan will include a step-by-step implementation plan. Including such tools as Account Plan, Customer Survey forms, Forecasting, Sales implementation plan and rep implementation plan.
I will also provide you with a Marketing Communications plan (Marcom Plan). This plan will describe what sales tools you will need for effectively getting your message out. Designed specifically for your needs this plan will include everything you need to " get the word out" about your company, including sales literature, adverting plans, web site, direct mailing, customer surveys, direct faxing, trade shows, sales presentations and electronic data.
I will also submit a specific proposal for which services we can offer from this point forward. Usually our clients request that we cover specific needs in this proposal. Our fees will reflect your needs and are customarily amortized in a monthly retainer.
My introductory package plans are designed to allow you to either implement them yourself, or hire DBMG to work with you in the implementation. This is entirely up to you.
The key is in the implementation. I not only develop your plan but implement it as well.
Our price for all of the deliverables mentioned above is $3,500.00 plus expenses. And if you decide to hire me to implement the plan, this fee will be deducted from the long term contract fees.
